Create for a Cause has a project underway in Rwanda led by philanthropist Chrissie Lam. She has facilitated a collaborative effort between artists, designers, and activists to create positive change and is working with the Gisimba Orphanage as her first partnered organization.

The past stories told here of the orphans who suffered from the genocide are mournful, while their future is inspiring, and beyond deserving of this effort.

The Create for a Cause vision is an impressive blend of international philanthropy, visual design, and entrepreneurial marketing and is one that I hope continues to grow and reach out to other causes around the world.

For those of you who didn’t get a chance to check out the Tiny Toones fundraiser we had here a few weeks ago, I highly suggest you check out the BIGGER show for them this weekend. I hope to see you all out there. This event is slated to be a much bigger production. I can’t wait for the highly anticipated performances by One Be Lo and Ohmega Watts.
